What inspired you to start a blog?

I discovered a love of research and writing while at Royal Roads University and wanted to continue with this passion on a smaller scale. 

Who is your audience?

Managers and leaders at all levels.

What is your favourite Royal Roads University memory?

Working with Dr. Stan Amaladas who had a unique way of challenging you from a place of deep respect and compassion.
